Our organic green Konservoila olives are a popular variety in Greece. Grown without pesticides they are hand harvested in central Greece with fruits that are generally spherical with a single large stone inside.
These particular olives are grown in Greece where the climate suits the production of succulent olives. Each is hand-picked to avoid damage to the delicate skins and matured for 9 months in order to retain the taste and flavour within the olives. We work closely with our producer in Greece to guarantee the olives are of the highest quality. Our producer has strong bonds with the local olive farmers who still use the traditional methods to produce the olives. They carefully select the finest olives, give care and attention to the processing techniques in order to retain the taste and flavour of the olives.
Ingredients: Organic pitted green olives, water, sea salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid. Not guaranteed free from olive stones.
