As a business with ethics at the heart of everything we do a good proportion of time and energies are expended on the way we conduct ourselves during the course of day to day operations.

The packing materials we use consist a combination of;

Recycled double wall boxes
100% recycled gift wrap
Paper bubble wrap alternative
Unbleached kraft roll and PVC free packing tape
Reused boxes, such as those in which we receive our stock from our suppliers
100% recycled paper void fill

We understand many of our customers want to reduce their use of single-use plastics. However, we also need packaging that protects our products and helps us keep our carbon footprint as low as possible. After weighing up the options, the best answer at the moment is recyclable plastic packaging with a high proportion of recycled material.

We want your order to reach you in one piece with no damages and provide training to our warehouse team to use the best packing techniques to protect your items whilst minimising packaging. We are constantly trying new techniques and types of packaging to be as environmentally friendly and efficient as possible.

Our delivery notes included inside your parcel are printed on 100% recycled paper. In addition, all our printed media (postcards, flyers, booklets and catalogues are printed on FSC certified paper from sustainable sourced using vegetable based inks and by a printer accredited with ISO14001 for environmental management.
