Ingredients

• Rice flour* (75%)
• Quinoa flour* (25%)

Cooking Instructions

For best results, put pasta in boiling water (approximately 3 liters of water per 227g of pasta). Add salt if desired. Boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 13-15 minutes or until firm and tender. Drain pasta, then rinse with warm water. Serve with your favorite pasta sauces and toppings.
