How to Prepare Freekeh
Create a delicious Freekeh dish with ease:
- Pour 100g of Artisan Grains Freekeh and ½ Litre (500ml) water into a medium saucepan.
- Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp olive oil (optional).
- Stir, then bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Drain excess water and serve hot, or let it cool slightly and enjoy warm or cold.
